Instructions
- Applicant has to fill the Application Form online.
અરજદારે અરજીપત્રક ઓનલાઇન ભરવાનું રહેશે.
- Read admission schedule: 2023-24 and instructions very carefully. The admission process will strictly processed as per admission schedule.
વર્ષ 2023-24 માં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે પ્રવેશ અંગેની સૂચનાઓ ધ્યાનથી વાંચો. પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા પ્રવેશ યાદીમાં દર્શાવેલ તારીખો મુજબ જ કરવામાં આવશે.
- The merit list will be displayed on college website. Admission is strictly on merit based.
મેરિટ યાદી, કૉલેજ વેબસાઇટ પર મૂકવામાં આવશે. પ્રવેશ માત્ર મેરિટ આધારિત જ રહેશે.
- Admission fee should be paid online through college website only by students whose names are included in the merit list.
પ્રવેશ યાદીમાં સમાવિષ્ટ પ્રવેશાર્થીએ, પ્રવેશ ફી - ઓનલાઈન કૉલેજ વેબસાઇટ પર ભરવાની રહેશે.
- On the selection of candidates in merit list, he/she will have to take printout of the application form along with instructions page. Student and parents will have to sign in the application form as well as in the instructions page. The duly signed application form and instructions page along with required original documents should be submitted to admission committee for verification as per date and time mentioned in admission schedule: 2023-24.
મેરીટ યાદી પ્રમાણે પસંદગી પામતા વિદ્યાર્થિએ અરજીપત્રક અને સૂચનાઓના પેજની પ્રિન્ટ લેવાની રહેશે. વિદ્યાર્થી અને વાલીએ અરજીપત્રક અને સૂચનાઓના પેજ પર સહી કરવાની રહેશે. એડમિશન શેડ્યુલ2021-22માં જણાવ્યા મુજબની તારીખ અને સમયે વિદ્યાર્થિએ સહી કરેલ અરજીપત્રક અને સૂચનાઓના પેજ, જરૂરી અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો સાથે ચકાસણી માટે પ્રવેશ સમિતિ સમક્ષ રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે ત્યારબાદજ પ્રવેશ માન્ય ગણાશે.
- The self-attested copies of the following certificate must be attached along with the application form. અરજીપત્રક સાથે નીચે જણાવેલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની સ્વ-પ્રમાણિત નકલ જોડવાની રહેશે.
- 10th Standard Examination Marksheet (all attempts) 10th માર્કશીટ ની નકલ(બધી).
- 12th Standard Examination Marksheet (all attempts) 12th માર્કશીટ ની નકલ(બધી).
- School Leaving certificate શાળા છોડ્યા અંગે નુ પ્રમાણપત્ર (LC) ની નકલ.
- Attempt/Trial certificate given by school. શાળા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ ટ્રાયલ સર્ટીફિકેટ ની નકલ.
- Aadhar card આધારકાર્ડ ની નકલ,
- Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC), issued by the authority empowered by the Government of Gujarat in this behalf,
અનામત કેટેગરી અથવા અન્ય કોઈપણ કેટેગરીનો લાભ લીધેલા ઉમેદિારોએ જે તે કેટેગરીના પ્રમાણપત્રો ની નકલ સાથે લાવવાની રહશે અન્યથા તેમને અનામત/કેટેગરીનો લાભ મળી શકશે નહી.
- Non Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family, issued for the academic year 2023-24, by the authority empowered by the Government of Gujarat in this behalf
SEBC કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારોએ 2023-24 માટે માન્ય હોય તેવું ગુજરાત સરકારના સત્તાધારી સત્તા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ નોન ક્રિમીલેયર સર્ટીફિકેટ(NCL) રજૂ કરવાનુ રહશે.
- Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/competent authority, in case of a Physically Handicapped/Divyangjan candidate.
શારીરિક અસક્ત વ્યક્તિ માટે સિવિલ સર્જન અથવા સમકક્ષ અધિકારીએ ફાળવેલ શારીરિક અશક્તતાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
- Certificate of Ex-Serviceman, duly issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board, Gujarat State or by the District Sainik Welfare Officer.
ભૂતપૂર્વ સર્વિસમેનનું પ્રમાણપત્ર, ડિરેક્ટર, સૈનિક કલ્યાણ બોર્ડ, ગુજરાત રાજ્ય દ્વારા અથવા જિલ્લાના સૈન્ય કલ્યાણ અધિકારી દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલ, જો લાગુ પડતું હોયતો.
- Provisional eligibility certificate (PEC) to be produced from Saurashtra University by the candidates of any other board except GHSEB, Gandhinagar. At the time of filling admission form, PEC number is mandatory.
Gujarat Higher Secondary Education Board સિવાયના અન્ય બોર્ડના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર યુનિવર્સિટિમાથી Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) કઢાવવાનું રહેશે. અરજીપત્રક ભરતી વખતે PEC નંબર નાખવો ફરજિયાત છે.
- Original mark sheets of 12th standard and school Leaving Certificate (LC) to be submitted in college at the time of verification of documents for enrolment process.
પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી સમયે ધોરણ 12ની ઓરિજનલ માર્કશીટ અને શાળા છોડયાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર(LC) કોલેજમાં જમા કરાવવાના રહેશે.
Note: The candidate shall attach only those self-attested copies which are necessary to be attached with the application form.
ઉમેદવાર ફક્ત તે જ સ્વ-પ્રમાણિત નકલો જોડશે જે અરજી ફોર્મ સાથે જોડાવા માટે જરૂરી છે.
- During whole admission process, if applicants have given any wrong information than that application will be treated as cancelled.
સમગ્ર પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા દરમ્યાન પ્રવેશાર્થી દ્વારા કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની માહિતી ખોટી આપવામાં આવેલ હશે તો તે અરજી રદ તાત્કાલિક રદ કરવામાં આવશે.
- Application form fee and admission fee will be paid online only as per above instructions given by government. Therefore, do not approach college to pay any kind of fees manually.
પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ તથા પ્રવેશ ફી ઉપર જણાવ્યા મુજબ સરકારશ્રીની સૂચના પ્રમાણે માત્ર ઓનલાઇન જ ભરવાના રહેશે. તેથી પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ કે પ્રવેશ ફી ઓફલાઇન ભરવા માટે કોલેજ કાર્યાલયમાં આવવું નહી.
અરજીપત્રક તથા એડમિશન ફી ઓનલાઇન ભરવામાં આવશે. કોઈપણ પ્રકારની ફી ભરવા કોલેજે આવવાનું રહેશે નહીં.
- Application fee, once paid will not be refunded.
એડમિશન ફી એક વખત ભરાઈ ગયા બાદ પરત આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
- If the applicant fails to verify the documents and/or pay the fee as mentioned in the admission schedule, the admission will be treated as canceled automatically and the next applicant will get the chance of admission.
એડમિશન શેડ્યુલમાં જણાવ્યા મુજબ, જો નિયત સમયમાં વિદ્યાર્થી ફી ભરવામાં અને/અથવા ડૉક્યુમેન્ટ ચકાસણી પ્રક્રિયામાં નિષ્ફળ જશે તો તેનો પ્રવેશ પરનો હક રદ કરવામાં આવશે અને તેની પછીના ઉમેદવારને પ્રવેશનો લાભ આપવામાં આવશે.
- Students must attend lectures and practicals regularly. Students must follow all instructions given from the government at any time along with the regulations of the college. If he/she fails to follow these rules, the institute has right to cancel his/her admission.
વિદ્યાર્થીએ વર્ગો તથા પ્રેક્ટિકલ્સ નિયમિત ભરવાના રહેશે. સરકારશ્રી તરફથી મળતી વખતોવખતની તમામ સૂચનાઓનું તથા કોલેજના નીતિ નિયમોનું પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે. જો વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા આ નિયમોનું પાલન કરવામાં નહી આવે તો તેનો પ્રવેશ રદ કરવાને પાત્ર થશે.
- Any type of job during the college hours is not permitted.
કોલેજના સમય દરમ્યાન કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની નોકરી કરવાની રહેશે નહીં.
- Discipline and good behavior is expected from every student.
દરેક વિદ્યાર્થી પાસે શિસ્ત અને સુવ્યવહારનો આગ્રહ રાખવામા આવે છે.
